HSBC and Barclays' are leading the surface scan, and HSbC has a known history of laundering for drug trafficking organizations and the better location. Maybe they'd like to start singing to keep their other illegal activities private, or just to save the trouble of an audit. Or, profit by eating all these peoples' money...

I did not peruse all your links, but I think that if someone videos or photographs an accident scene and sends those videos/photos somewhere, those people should be treated as if they had shot the victims with a rifle that has a scope and a camera connected. "I just photographed them." "No, you shot and killed them."

That would be equal applicability. On the other hnnd, CP is probably going to be rather legal in the next decade; it's a time- and resource-waster as much as the fact that we can't process your rape kit because of the backlog of consensual teenage shenanigans...

...conversely, there's the human rights refugees and reckless endangerment angle. So, it's a complex issue...
