In my furor, I scanned both chapter one and two (Prince Harry Matchmaking, quite an interesting chapter title for today!). I must have made it to at least chapter 3, which is rather self-impressive. I gave up on this one in 2015, so I honestly don't remember how far I got, but I am being completely honest about this page being where I gave up on wordy Russian authors (meaning I also read a Chekhov novel where he wanders the countryside speaking with people, whatever that was). The very reason I went there was for the challenge, and I am still challenged, realizing my current 600-page Archipelago is actually 2,100 pages in its full version. Jesus Christ they are wordy people! No wonder they don't smile unless spontaneous.

I am going to find the page of the overly descriptive outfit in any case. I am many things, but I am not a liar, or at least not here in my anonymity.
