And that definition is attraction to children. Teens are minors, but unless they are particularly unique, most girls in their late teens most certainly look and act 'adult'... Not necessarily mature, just adult. Attraction to girls in their late teens would normally not fall into the category of pedophilia. Not even hebephilia.
