It has become prevalent to rear children with help of tech rather than with physical contacts such as hugs and parental kisses. Alexa has substituted a lot of real interactions vital for the healthy development of a child.
So naturally, pervert-parents believe spoiling children with brain-damaging tech is better than showing affection.
Parenting has become nothing more than a Pavlovian system of reward.
