Authoritarians don't care about ratings.
A real authoritarian/dictator bends people's will by making it impossible to object to his decree.
tRump doesn't possess the will to impose authoritarian rule as he doesn't have an ideology.
Money is not an ideology.
Money is all he cares about.
He would sell his own Ivanka if he were pushed against the wall by a real dictator like his bestie, Kim Jung-un.
