Usually I'm fine until my frustration gets past a certain point, then it takes almost nothing to sustain it for a long time. For me a lot of it is technology-based - then not finding things, stuff like that. I get frustrated with people when things take a lot longer than they tell me, or if I keep getting excuses.

I'm going to try meditation.
