Did Kylie Freeman ever have any kids?

I was just wondering, who's going to carry on her legacy, and sue for restitution from child pornography downloaders after she's gone?

With other creative works, such as Ayn Rand's or George Orwell's novels, there's been an executor or an heir to ensure that the royalties go to a worthy cause or to the biological descendants.

What happens if she doesn't have any offspring; then I guess her videos just become an orphan work. There won't be anyone to say, "You desecrate the memory of my grandmother by watching these, so pay up for how you've victimized me."
