You might need it if you break a leg on the weekend as the "free" clinic is closed on weekends.

You are right about Americas expencive health care system. But isn't expencive becuase of a free market economy. Americas health care is expencive becuase lobbies lobbied the government to drive prices up in order to make more money. It is the lack of free market and government backed monopolies that have driven prices up.
