I've seen a few times people saying, things like black people don't rape kids, black people don't look at cp etc. So black people are better. Amusingly enough I've heard it from two white women. Only one black lady on the news one time said it.

But, things aren't so black and white obviously. It's hard to separate culture from genetics and any attempt to do so would be deemed as racist so there isn't a point in doing so anyway.
