There are some key differences between races. They aren't just about height, metabolism, hair types, blood types, food tolerance... You cannot explain, for example, the high prevalence of transexualism in Thailand in purely cultural terms, or of BL in New Guinea, or of child marriage (Mg) in several peoples scattered a little everywhere.

In other words, there are no good reasons to suppose that Europeans (or at least, some European ethnicities, among them those prevalent in the USA) necessarily have the rates of pedophilia than the West African ethnicities prevalent in the USA.
