Society is what it is. Sure, you can try to change the status quo but, usually it takes a huge, often costly, tole on those who want change. As I posted in another post, look at the American Revolution. The powers that be wanted money for nothing. Those being crushed under that power objected but could no nothing. It was just The System. One simply did what the Establishment said to do.

So, to correct the wrongs, about 70,000 died in North America with about 40,000 British who died.

And then the powers that be went from Great Britain to local rule which got even worse. So it is today.
