Feeling a need

for some girl time.

I do have a new friend though. I pass a backyard every day on my dog walk. The yard is fenced with chainlink and slats, easy see-through. Two sisters and their dog play there. Dogs got to know each other first, quickly followed by me and the 6yo (her 4yo sis has not shown interest [yet]). Big sis invited me to play in the sprinkler with her today. She assured me her mom would be okay with it.

Can you imagine. Comical.

Alternate universe run by children maybe.

Still, very sweet of her. She’s a good judge of character IMHO.
