Feeling crappy, sometimes at night I wake up feeling all vibrations in my chest. Probably anxiety but my half asleep mind tells me I’m going to die lol I feel fine during the day. Has been happening intermittently for a year.

Frustrating because I have been feeling pretty good overall. When you live life as a pedophile you never know what unconscious thoughts mess with you heh
