There's a reason why children at a certain age are allowed to work but they cannot work in the sex industry until they reach 18, even if the age of consent might be lower in their state or country. When they reach the minimum age for child labor they are only allowed to work certain jobs. The point is to protect children from abuse and protect their educational opportunities. Allowing prostitution at prepubescent ages goes directly against the well thought out considerations for child labor laws.
