That is all very far from saying that they want to lie with someone and engage in mutually arousing activities. It is even farther from saying they want to lie with an adult man and do those things.

If you're talking about full-on adult-styled sex, then yes. Sex in the context of play? That's different. That's something younger kids do instinctively with other people they like.
