As someone who was once a little girl, I can tell you that the feelings are already there long before the words are.

I have no doubt the feelings are there in some sense. Many kids discover pleasure from their sex organs. They know about sex some and about romance a lot as it is portrayed to them by the culture. They experiment with flirting, some of them. Sometimes they like to see what sort of effect they can have on men.

That is all very far from saying that they want to lie with someone and engage in mutually arousing activities. It is even farther from saying they want to lie with an adult man and do those things.

I also don't see any evidence that the current situation, whatever it may be, has changed from the past.
