If you want to study something, do this without the deception. In short, why not a study of therapists, and determine the facts about how we'd actually be treated by them, whether legally required, legally allowed, or legally prohibited? Ask them to participate in a study, openly, with verifiable identities on both ends, ask your questions, then report those results.
