If a therapist has strong feelings against MAPs, they're more likely to crinkle up a B4U-ACT questionnaire and throw it in the trash than take the time to write inaccurate answers.
It is more likely that a therapist would be dishonest with an individual than an organization. For example, if a therapist needs new patients, (s)he will answer in such a way as to attract new patients.
MAAs are seen as being sneaky and deceitful, and it is best not to fuel that stereotype.
