The definition refers to the present tense of manifestation, including within the mind. NOT its potential for morally compromising consequence. Besides, like any orientation, its not strictly a sexual attraction. Does a non want to ONLY fuck someone? Of course not.

Pain itself is not a moral condition, morality can only influence its production. So in turn, yes pedophiles do NOT hurt children, otherwise their predisposition is that of abuser.
