I actually haven't seen the second Kick Ass. The first one was relatively pedo positive, so I suppose it would be disappointing if the second one had a more anti tilt, but might be worth seeing anyway. Maybe I subconsciously sensed the anti quality and that's why I stayed away from the sequel, compared to the first one where I saw it twice in the theater and also bought the Blu Ray/DVD/digital copy release. :)
