As I've said, it seems that the theory of this is important to pedophiles' self-concept and feelings of self-worth more than to their actual desire to get off with a kid. This isn't "thinking with their dicks" but it is still self-interested.

Agree. And therefore the pro-contact philosophy presents itself as equally benign as does a anti-contact claim. Depends on which one is more comfortable to you as an individual.

I guess you might need to present a different argument then to make anti superior to pro.
