about consent

what do you argue generally about consenting?

I argue that they can partially consent, they can express a desiderative consent bcz they have a sexuality
they can discern from 6-7(not infant)

yes the consent is not fully mature as adult until.. dunno 14 males 12 females or they are sexually mature

but what does that mean? they can want it , seduce adults ,offer sex to adult
but can't have fully judgment to know if what they do is good or bad per themself ..but if it is good per se society should give them the positive right to act on their will ..the resposabilities will be taken by ethic state


arguing it could be a good thing I argue it was accepted in the past
-in Roman society (7-10-12)
-ancient india (7-8-9-10-12)
-islam (9)
-in Europe during napoleonic era (10-12)
and in US in 1800 (7-10-12-14)
in UK (10)
