i have not been charged nor convicted of any crimes whatsoever and i am not a registered sex offender. there is an "order of apprehension" in which if i'm picked up by the police i will be taken to the court afforded a lawyer and have to see a judge and be evaluated by a psychiatrist.

I'm really sorry about your predicament.

I find it hard to believe that they would be able to do this to you if you haven't done anything illegal or harmed anyone else or yourself. I guess maybe you should consult with a lawyer to see if this is even possible.

You may have to give up your job that brings you into contact with kids though.
With all this pressure on you, someone is going to try and spin it and say that you are harming these kids.
If word gets around to your employer, chances are you will be fired anyway.

I'm sorry if this advice doesn't make you feel better, but like I said, I find it hard to believe that anyone will actually be able to apprehend you if you haven't broken the law.
