What a fantastic story that was Spike. It's funny as I was reading this and even before you used the word "intoxicating", that was the very word that popped into my head to describe that smell. A sort of fresh and virginal smell which defines the purity that permeates from their pores. A bit out of my AoA as well, but that feeling of embracing such a little soul who felt so at ease and comfortable with you had to be a feeling out of this world. I wish you many more great moments like that ... blessed indeed :-))
