Actually it would make sense that porn for the sake of porn would be lessened greatly as the need to masturbate would lessen since people would be more open about sex it would happen between people more as just a recreational fun activity. But on the other side of the coin sex WOULD probably appear more in movies. Like you said about the 11 year old. Instead of showing this fake dry humping it would actually be sex. Who knows though.
