PJ don't get court orders; that's police work. They are more subtle: they will try to get your trust (in any way possible) so that you will reveal personal information about yourself to them. They don't care if you have committed any crime or not; all they want is to get your name and address (and I would not be surprised at all if they break the law themselves to get that information — the end justifies the means).
