In case you didn't know already, a LOT of people don't report sexual assault. For one thing it is incredibly humiliating being poked and prodded my police pathologists, being put on the witness stand and being called a liar and a whore. Sure, some of the cases of child sexual abuse are not abuse at all, but some of them are abuse. Children are good targets for some asshole to get his kicks off controlling and degrading them. They are small, easily intimidated, and a little too trusting of adults most of the time.

Do you even think that children are raped at all? Or is it always consensual? That sort of reminds me of the attitude that women invite rape and it is their duty to provide themselves sexually to me.
