Viewing something depicting harm to another human being? If so, than photos and movies of murders should also be illegal. Or material depicting someone beating the shit out of someone else for that matter. Infinity makes the point that the viewers of FREELY and ANONYMOUSLY downloaded images are not at all involved in their creation. So what would you be jailing them for?
