I know you don't and understand your point of view, but I also agree with what Inf is trying to point out to you. Criminal justice should not be based on emotional reactions. If it were, people could be locked up for being atheists because the majority of this cristian nation really dislikes them. Arabs could be locked up for being arabs since so many Americans hate the entire race. Logic is the only sensible reason to convict someone. Unfortunately, not many people seem to get this.

Your emotions may drive your opinion on this subject, but I feel you are a reasonable person. This is why I continue to argue with you. I see the potential of truely unbiased logic in you and I love you for it man.
