I am disgusted

Well, the act of needing a pee and doing it is one of the most natural things in the world. This is not about that. Forcing the kid to pee in front of the whole bus is so sadistic it defies belief.

The child's family shouldn't make so much of it to the child as it will obviously make things feel worse than they are; talk of counselling etc. is just going to make a cruel act seem like a tragedy. But the bus driver should be severely disciplined. I would give her the sack, but that would only send her to another job which could result in more bad behaviour towards children. She is the one that needs counselling -by a probation officer.
