Does Bestcrypt show the name of the files, and their sizes?

If so they probably think it's evident that it is cp from the names and sizes of the cp they have in their records...

Remember, evidence is not proof, it's only something apparent enough to make a judgement based on the judge's opinion until proof of the contrary.
