In regards to the last point in your pps, so it may be that some people in this forum have had "atypical environments in [our] youth", but has it ever been determined what would be a typical youth environment? If so, please inform me so I can understand the exact depth of my atypical youth experiences and how they do not align with my supposed genetic predispositions. I do not mean to undermine nor ignore what kinds of scientifically derived theories have been made to understand human behaviors, but so far as I know the best working definition of what is typical, or to use the synonym normal, is that, what is not abnormal is then normal. Which is very subjective thinking in my opinion. Thus, I would never leave any definition of typical or atypical up solely to another person, but would create my own subjectively originated opinion as well.

The Strange in The Mirror seems like something I would enjoy checking out though, thanks for the list.
