This is unfairly harsh

I think it is unfair and unnecessary to accuse Todd of actual theft of the money unless there's good evidence that he has done so, other than him talking seriously about doing it (buying airline tickets with it, for example). Misappropriation, misuse, ignoring the will of the donors, these are serious enough acts, there's no need to bring anything false or baseless like "common thief" (who steals solely for his own benefit). As upset as I am with what he has done, I don't think there's any call for going overboard and doing and saying things we would regret having done and said later.

Todd: You said awhile ago that people were "avoiding" you, but I've been looking in on the chat very often for two weeks and I NEVER see you in. If you were ever there when I checked, I would have gone in immediately for the sole purpose of talking with you. Giving up on that, I've left you posts here, in public, which you haven't responded to at all. I hope you haven't forgotten who did defend you when JD started his attack on you over the wording of the letter, and who did advocate patience when you changed your view on AoC laws. You haven't said a thing to me since all of this started. As far as I can see, you've been avoiding me and I think communication would go a long way to ease the tensions. I'll look for you (again, for the 30th time) on sunday starting about 2am GC time and throughout the rest of the day.
