To be fair, I started out here knowing some of those findings but not all.

Fairly early on Baldur, Markaba and others pointed out my assumptions and beliefs and steered me towards facts and studies.

At some point however, personal experience, reflection and other intangibles color ones outlook. However it it best to be open to the findings of those who've studied these related phenomena directly.
