well yeah, but there is a clash of fundamentalisms in the middle east, & it appears to have connections in high places. why is isreal so blindly sustained by american foreign policy, when that sustinence is dragging the planet twd armageddon? because that's the intention.

while its true that socialism, feminism & other intellectualisms have played their part in oppressing pedophiles, but in general terms i think fundamentalist christianity is the more illiberal influence. capitalsim is really a morality of no morality & has little intentional impact on anything that doesnt'impact on the bottom line.

i kno this sounds hysterical, & i agree that there are expanding freedoms as well as contracting ones, but i think if there is a significant fascist presence, its worth acknowledging.
