I don't get what absence ofpotential conflict between the named plaintiffs and the absent class members means, although I suspect it's something like extremist muslims not being able to represent themselves in court as the whole class of muslims. How Kevin is supposed to prove that he's a typical ped is beyond me, though.

Aside from that, it seems like he just needs competent legal council. A pro-bono lawyer, maybe? Alternatively, maybe GCers could start a legal-defense type fund, going towards the hiring of a lawyer for another shot at class certification. I could live with this site going down for a couple months if it meant something progressive happening in the real world.
