II. Facts Not in Dispute
A. The State of Indianas Supreme Court Justices and Attorney General hold that minor-attracted individuals, based on their sexual orientation and class status, are separate and unequal to their heterosexual and homosexual peers.
B. The State of Indianas Supreme Court Justices and Attorney General hold that minor-attracted individuals, based on their sexual orientation, are not entitled to federal First Amendment protections, including the freedom to associate with each other, to be married, to associate with minors, without prior permission and supervision, including polygraphic monitoring of private and personal thoughts, by the State of Indiana.
