That's unfair. Emotions are not always within our control, although how one deals with them says alot about the person. My issue with IG is his presentation, not his beliefs (although I mostly disagree).

It would sound like a fascinating insight as to why a person would choose to 'punish' themselves nonsensically instead of loving and accepting themselves as the person they are.
