I don't think you have a responsibility to tell anyone of your attraction when you are trusted in the care of children, as long as you know that you are not a danger to them. I do think that it's wonderful whenever you can confide in someone and be understood, but sexuality is such a personal thing and especially with today's attitudes I don't think it's fair to expect pedophiles to always come forward with their attraction.
