I have a few songs for you, in more or less alphabetical order by song title:

M.I.A. - 10 Dollar (about a gold-digging prostitute who starts out young)

Dr. Hook - A Couple More Years (break-up song)

Depeche Mode - A Question of Time (surprisingly accurate depiction of a girl lover seducing a young girl)

Dansette Damage – All Little Girls Taste the Same (I doubt it, but okay) :)

Billy Joel - And So It Goes (not a GL song per se, but it's an autobiographical tune about Billy's relationship with a teenage Elle Macpherson)

The Kinks - Art Lover (a guy goes to the park to admire the beauty of young girls)

David Bowie - Beat of Your Drum (not obvious from the lyrics, but Bowie himself has said this is his "Lolita" song, and Bowie has, um, personal experience here--a highlight from an otherwise terrible album)

The Sugarcubes - Birthday (a little girl likes her funny old neighbor and winds up taking a bath with him)

Jackson Brown - Candy (straightforward love song)

Gilbert O'Sullivan - Clair (hit song about a real life girl he used to babysit)

Billy Idol - Cradle of Love (one of the best and most famous examples)

Cecil Otter - Demon Girl (man regrets relationship with young girl)

ABBA - Does Your Mother Know (answer: probably not) ;)

The Police - Don't Stand So Close to Me (pretty much THE Lolita pop song)

The Vandals - Fourteen (a humorous take on the Lolita theme)

Gary Puckett - Young Girl (guy finds himself tempted by a young girl)

Neil Diamond - Girl, You'll Be a Woman Soon (and he doesn't mean she's about to turn 18--he means . . . well, you get it -- there's an excellent 90s-era cover of the song by Urge Overkill too)

Marilyn Manson – Heart-Shaped Glasses (When the Heart Guides the Hand) - (the title's a pretty obvious reference to Lolita's famous sunglasses; incidentally, MM briefly dated Evan Rachel Wood)

Bow Wow Wow - I Want Candy (considering the band's singer was only 14 at the time, you can take this as a teen sexual lib song)

Aerosmith - Jailbait (pretty obvious)

Infant Sorrow – Little Bird (listen closely -- it's all in fun, but...)

Them – Little Girl (say wha-?)

Extreme – Little Girls (extols the virtues of teenage girls)

Donovan - Mellow Yellow (Donovan's just wild about 14, but then, who isn't?)

Dresden Dolls - Missed Me (don't fuck with little girl's hearts, or you might just wind up like this poor schmuck) :)

Blitzen Trapper – Moving Minors Over County Lines (and why would he want to do that?)

The Veils – Pan (excellent song about temptation for a young girl, at least I think it is -- it's a little obscure)

Al Jolson – Pretty Baby (possibly the inspiration for the title of Louis Malle's film of the same name)

Blondie - Punk Lolita (exactly what it sounds like)

Hawkwind – Spirit of the Age (interesting sci-fi twist on the theme of loving an underage girl)

Dragonette – Teacher Teacher ("Don't Stand So Close to Me" told from the girl's perspective rather than the teacher's)

Rufus Wainwright – The Art Teacher (Catholic schoolgirl falls for her art teacher)

Holopaw – The Art Teacher and the Little Stallion (oddly similar theme to the Wainwright song -- what is it with art teachers these days?)

Iggy Pop – Tiny Girls (Iggy is another musician notorious for dating young girls, and this song gives some explanation as to why)

Elton John – Too Young (he nails it)

And there are a whole crapload of songs called simply "Lolita" that deal with this theme; some are by Elefant, Mustard Plug, Lana del Rey, Fun People, Miniature Tigers, MC Lars, Lauren Hoffmann, Prince, Purling Hiss, The Veronicas, The Hart Strings and Throw Me the Statue.

Does that help?
