this is great, I went to see your site but haven't gone through it all yet.

In my continuous research about rights and natural persons I came upon the US constitution text itself where it seems it is very clear the human being (natural person) is totally free, and free of the legal system if it decides to.
Note: the following can also apply to most countries, down to maybe some details.
So Tafkaps, Lux and all others, this could be of interest to you also.

Like it is being said: "know your rights, otherwise you won't have any".


It is explicitely written in the US constitution that:

the natural person's rights are "life, liberty, and property".

However the human being also has non-natural rights created by social contract, which pertains only to the legal person the human being possesses.

Everything about criminal prosecutions and civil cases applies to the legal person, and is explicitely written in the text:

article 6 (c) In all cases:

(1) To have process only upon legal persons able to defend themselves, either natural persons or corporate persons that are represented by a natural person as agent, and who are present, competent, and duly notified, except, in cases of disappearance or abandonment, after public notice and a reasonable period of time.

By representing one's own legal person, the natural person consents to become this legal person, and be bound to its laws as long as he/she continues to consent.

Nothing can be imposed by the state or government to a natural person without its consent.

It is not necessary to say people are being tricked into believing they always are being these legal persons, they are not being told that they can refuse to be so, and this at anytime.

The natural person has the inviolable right to consent or not to represent its own legal person, but since everything is about contracts, at the very beginning, in the court's audience, whenever one answers its own name being called by the judge, he/she automatically, and usually unconsciously, consents to represent its own legal person, he/she then entered a tacit contract with the judge openly saying "I am the legal person under the name of X", (since the name being called by the judge is the name being given to the legal person the natural person possesses, not the natural person itself, the natural person can have any name he/she wishes to give him/herself, and this at anytime, and the judge can only have authority on the legal world, therefore the legal person), and from then on the judge has total jurisdiction over him/her, since he now has the legal person in front of him.

By refusing to answer to the name being called from the very start, and say you are there as a human being (or natural person), and that you do not consent to represent your legal person, the court cannot have jurisdiction over you.

If the judge punishes you for that, what I understand so far is that you can accuse him of treason.


Maybe you knew that already, and I think it is true.
We can see it directly in the constitution text as demonstrated above, with maybe some details missing, however I tried to keep it brief.


In your case Kevin, maybe as a last resort, I think there is a way to disable your son's birth certificate so that he will no longer be a possession of the state in any way, therefore giving you the natural rights to have him stay with you again.

The birth certificate, or birth act, seems to be the paper in which makes anyone the property of the state, done without the natural person's consent (but with the parent's usually unconscious consent), therefore the state could maybe be accused of treason since the natural person's consent was never given in the first place.

There might be a couple of details more or less right in what I just said, however it might be the essence of what could be of help in your situation, and research on this could be of great importance and use, not only for you but also for anyone in the future.


These are just ideas, let's not the legal world take over our lives.
We, as human beings, have inviolable rights they can't take out without our consent, unfortunately most of us do consent to give them all away without even being aware of it, it seems...

This, my friend, is treason at its purest state.
