In a nutshell, from what I've read I infer that he feels guilty because of what he is and deep down he has a fear that he may one day molest one of his friends kids. I could of course be wrong, I am simply going by what he wrote.

If he really believes he is a danger to kids (which I doubt) and he thinks he may in fact molest a child one day, then by all means his friends deserve a "head's up".

BUT, if he knows in his heart he would never molest or hurt a child EVER, then he should simply keep his sexuality where it belongs...in PRIVATE. No one needs to know someone else sexual preferences...it's none of their damn business.

I think he may also just be a glutton for punishment...clearly this is gonna lead to more hate and violence against him and possibly his family and it's simply not fair to them.

Just my thoughts. In the end, like every human being on this planet...he's gonna do what HE wants to do, no matter what the consequences might be for himself and those around him.

P.S - If you're reading this Remo, don't take it as a personal attack, it's not intended that way...there is only one GOOD reason to come out to someone, as I illustrated above, only if you BELIEVE you're a danger to kids.
