A hit on the Billboard pedo charts?

In my everyday life, I love listening to music as I work. While I have a preferred genre, my tastes are eclectic. I was listening to zydeco last week when a particular song caught my attention.
I had heard it before, but this time my pedar caught the lyrics.
This is a tune by zydeco artist Geno de la Fose and is called "JoAnn, JoAnn". It's got a catchy dancable beat. Maybe it's just me, but it kinda excited me.

I went downtown
Walkin' all alone.
I met a little girl,
Walkin' all alone.

I said, "little girl,
Tell me what's your name."
Tell me what's your name.
I wanna hold your hand.

She said JoAnn,
JoAnn, JoAnn.
Let me hold your hand.
I wanna be your man.
JoAnn, JoAnn,
Let me hold your hand.

JoAnn, JoAnn,
Let me hold your hand.
Let me hold your hand,
I wanna be your man.

I wonna do you no wrong.
I love you all night long.
I wonna do you no wrong.
I love you all night long.

I'll let you decide what the lyrics mean. I am sure it can be found on most streaming sites.
