It says in the article, those are "secondary" and "tertiary" domain names for boymoment.com, it means those are backup domain names, if somebody steals the main domain boymoment.com or if it stops working staff can quickly switch to one of the other two domain names.

Those domains are not pointing to any IP right now because they are not in use, but by setting up the DNS servers it links them to the network. This is a hard choice because they could not set up the DNS now and keep the secondary/backup domain secret but DNS needs one or two days to propagate, that means if the main domain fails it would BoyMoment two days to have the backup up and running, as it is now if the main domain fails within an hour or less they have the backup in place and the site is reachable again.
