This is a very utilitarian idea, like three corporations merging into one monopoly to reduce costs.

But each girl-love chat has its own unique culture, and acts as a driver of traffic to each host site. It would be a shame for the other two chats to shut down and lose that special feature of their site. Naturally I assume you would want GirlChat to be the one to stay open, since you're writing this here on the longest-running GL site. But that would hardly be fair to the other sites who don't have quite as long of a legacy. So I would *not* support any sites closing their chats.

I would disagree that there is a 'decrease in activity' here at GirlChat. In fact, the current year has seen an increase in regular chatters and in chatroom hours. If other sites are struggling to maintain their chats, then of course they are welcome to send their chatters here. However, conglomeration is unlikely to be a long-term fix for any community's declining activity. And many members will shy away from a site that seeks to exert unilateral control over all chatters in the entire girl-love sphere.

The solution to declining site traffic requires something quite different than trying to 'force' all members onto one site. But there are other ways for sites to focus on sustainable growth. It often starts with honest reflection. Happy to discuss further, as I would love to see many girl-love sites with their own chats thrive.
