A minor can never consent to sex, even if the minor says yes please fuck me, it is still rape as far as the law is concerned, they will always call it rape regardless of consent or not. Say you are not into rape as much as you want but with the law in the hand if there are minors involved it will always be called rape, that is what you are into.
