Because that is a faulty worldview based on a false premise.

"The practice of using the mental health industry to reach political goals and stigmatize dissent in fascist regimes is known as "political psychiatry" or "psychiatric abuse." This involves diagnosing and treating individuals for mental health conditions that are not genuine, but rather serve to silence political opponents or enforce ideological conformity. Political psychiatry can include forced psychiatric evaluations, involuntary hospitalizations, and even the use of medication or other treatments as a form of punishment or control. This practice is a tool of political repression, aimed at marginalizing and discrediting those who challenge the regime's authority."

Are you married to the idea that the group you presumably belong to is uniquely victimized, that nobody suffers like you do? If I told you that the "shrinks" insist to the little girls that the little girls are the monsters, could you modify your worldview to incorporate that fact? What conclusions would you draw about the world when seeing this more comprehensive landscape?

"The concept that increased hostility and lack of cooperation between men and women can lead to greater power and influence for the government and political class is a theme explored in dystopian literature, such as George Orwell's 1984. In such narratives, social division and conflict are often used by authoritarian regimes to maintain control. By keeping people divided and focused on internal strife, the government can more easily manipulate and govern them. This dynamic can be seen as a form of "divide and conquer" strategy, where the ruling class exploits societal divisions to consolidate power. While this is a fictional theme, real-world political systems can also exploit social tensions to strengthen their authority."

They tell you that you are a monster, there is something wrong with you...then these same people go to your victims and tell them that they are monsters, there is something wrong with them.
Seems to me to be a very good strategy to keep people focused on themselves and not each other. Although this is different, this does remind me of the Prisoners' dilemma. Cooperate and everybody wins; be selfish and lose.
Divide and conquer.

Bonus quote re:agents -
"The term for someone who intentionally presents half-truths and misdirections to lead others to false conclusions is a "propagandist". Propagandists use various techniques, such as selective presentation of facts, exaggeration, or distortion, to shape opinions and beliefs. This can be done for political, ideological, or other purposes. The goal is often to influence public perception or decision-making in a way that benefits the propagandist's interests."
