We should move back to the original post of AI generated themes affected by various national laws prohibiting certain depictions; especially images of children involved in the art or pictures.

Realistically produced AI generated sexual themes are based on taking images from real activities or 100% fictional? I suppose both can be used to produce AI results. How to tell the difference now is the question?

Should 100% fictional AI erotic art be time / watermark stamped in some way? But even that can be AI generated.

So a few web sites have made changes in their rules for posting AI fictional themes, prohibiting photo realistic images. With this, we can certainly tell the difference in the AI image as being 100% fictional....or can we?

Is AI generated erotic art a pathway for subliminal cravings and urges being fulfilled and quelled without having or needing a real person involved? Or is it a pathway to be misused as but another 'tool' to entice and urge someone to seek the 'real' person for their selfish gratifications?

Many nations believe the the second question. With more nations jumping aboard. Gawd forbid a pedophile able to seek some sense of comfort and satisfaction through the viewing of AI generated sexual themes and not wanting or needing a real person in their activities.

AI certainly has become a serious 'bowl of worms' with regards to nations quickly making laws to prohibit certain uses of it. But, at the end of the AI day, is all this really about protecting real children from.....from what?
