Change in opening chat times

Unless another mod can open earlier. I am changing the times I open for now.
It will open at 8pm Eastern USA time. 1AM in London time.

I know a couple did come a lot earlier. I just have been working extra on the other days trying to get time to have Saturday completely off and only do a few things on comp on Saturday. It just wasn't working. Sorry to everyone who logs in earlier.
