A linguistic question

Think that there is a bilingual child who speaks English and some other language with inflexible words and with few or no suffixes, and think that this child is _very_ small.

Would it be possible that at some stage of development this child could accidentally use the English plural s at the end of a word that is, for example, Japanese or Chinese or some other language without suffixes?
